The Brand Builder (4-week sprint) 1. Before the engagement begins Cancel before your first call and receive a full refund of any deposit paid within 5–7 working days. 2. After the engagement begins No refunds are available once the first call has taken place. Significant preparation work begins from week one, and value is delivered cumulatively. If exceptional circumstances arise, contact me directly we may agree to pause the engagement or transfer credit to another service. 3. Deposit Where a deposit is required to secure your start date, it is non-refundable once the engagement begins, but is fully credited toward the total program fee.
